You will receive a digital file of the artwork, not a tangible drawing or print.

Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used and displayed on social media, but can not be used for profit. If there are any questions concerning this please contact me.

I own all rights to the work. Putting any of the commissioned pieces you have purchased into any AI engine or generator is prohibited. I am allowed to publish the final piece on my social media and portfolio unless requested otherwise.

The listed prices on my website and/or commissions form is a base price and there may be an increase depending on additional requests and complexity of the final commission.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that I do not have the skill level to complete your request or if the request falls under work I will not do.

Please wait patiently for the completion of the commission. If the commission is needed by a specific deadline this will incur additional fees. The maximum completion time will be ONE MONTH from payment. If the piece is more complex and will take additional time to complete I will be sure to inform you during the communication process before starting the commission. I will normally provide updates through the process at different stages including, rough sketch, flat colours and final checks.

Once I start working on the piece after the sketch has been approved, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is okay, but please give credit to my design instagram @madebyhdesign or my portfolio url.

Please provide high quality visual references. One main picture per pet is required. This will be what the commission is based on, so please ensure that the image is not pixelated. If this is a concern eg, your fur baby is no longer with us, and you are unable to obtain better quality images, please mention this within the form. I may (not guaranteed) be able to work with what you have.

Payment is be made via Paypal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid after the rough sketch has been approved by you. Once I have finished the piece and you are happy with the preview, the remaining balance must be paid in full. Once I receive the rest of the payment I will send you the final files including a png, jpeg and tiff.

I do not accept refunds unless on the rare occasion where I am unable to complete your commission.
